DescriptionBetween (1) Dame Jane Franklin of Upper Gore Lodge, Kensington, Middlesex, widow, to (2) Reverend John Philip Gell of Saint Johns Lodge, Notting Hill, Middlesex, clerk, in consideration of her love and affection for him and in ocnsideration of 10 shillings, for 3 sections of land each containing c.80 acres, numbered 683, 687 and 688 on Provincial Survey and marked D on the several original governemnt grants dated 1 Nov 1841, and with all her allotments, lands, tenements and hereditaments at or near port Lincoln, South Australis, with all houses, outhouses, farm buildings, etc, with all deeds, plans, etc, in the possession of Henry Gowler of Adelaide, South Australia, to be held for ever
With declaration of Sharon Grote Turner of 32 Red Lion Square, London, on the signing of the conveyance, and with registered witnessing of the declaration by William Fernely Allen, Lord Mayor of the City of London, 13 Dec 1867
