Has seen the first stone laid at Kensington of Sir John Soames's observatory. Offers advice for Henry's career. Mentions his brother soon to reach England. Hopes to see Mary Anne upon his return. Postscript: a request for William to send a print. Reports Eleanor to be well and happy.
