Description | With Fanny going to Eleanor's house, he forwards a copy of a few remarks at the time of his dear Louisa's death, which she must return; he also copies in the letter some remarks from a private journal dated 18 and 25 Oct 1847 for Eleanor's visit; on Sunday he received a letter from his son dated 6 Sep, including passages about religious feeling in the colony, including reference to Mr Gell. Paper black-edged. |
