Also includes a newspaper cutting from Derby Evening Telegraph regarding Jerome Percival entertaining Mr and Mrs Coombes when they visited Derby in July 1960.
D8541/6/7 A letter from Charles Hill, Honorary Secretary of The Anglo-Caribbean Club of Derbyshire writing to Mr and Mrs Percival thanking them for helping in organising a party at Meynell Langley for 30 West Indian children and their parents 1 Oct 1958. Charles Hill wrote "Your tireless efforts in helping to break down mythical barriers that divide some people is a great contribution towards making a better world". Also includes newspaper cuttings about the event.
