Description
To follow lease by Sir Henry John Joseph Hunloke of Wingerworth Hall, Bart., to Bernard Lucas of Chesterfield esq., in consideration of £200, of a messuage or homestead at Hasland with outbuildings etc., and sites of decayed and dilapidated buildings with the garden and croft (2r. 32p) (tenant Anthony Bennitt) and another messuage at Hasland with outbuildings etc (11p) in the tenure of Elizabeth Higginbotham.
