Probate of Henry Knowles of Ashover, yeoman - all his personal estate to his daughter Mary Riggott - all his real estate to Samuel Mellor of Ashover, carpenter, upon trust to pay the rents and profits to Mary for life, subject to the payment of interest upon a mortgage of £40 (see CT15), - after Mary's death the real estate to be divided among such of her children as are then living, in equal shares. 15 April
