| Title | Isabella Smith, Whitchurch, to Miss Brocksopp, Cheltenham |
| Date | 21 Jul 1833 |
| Description | Silver forks were never included in any inventory by me and must be an error by those who presented it; I have been obliged to you in everything but find I have not succeeded in obliging you; I am very willing to take the house off your hands at the end of November; it is particularly disagreeable to be continually asked for more furniture; if you are not comfortable you are free to quit upon the terms first proposed, that is, 4 guineas per week until the end of October and 3 ½ guineas for November. (see D8042/842) Draft reply from Mary Brocksopp: as I have made arrangements to stay in Cheltenham another year I will now not quit your house in November but will stay until July 1834.
