Description
All his personal estate to his eldest son Francis, charged with the payment of his debts, legacies, etc.; to his wife Triphena, £10 and to his daughters Triphena and Mary, £5 each to buy mourning; Francis to continue the housekeeping of his house for 12 months at his own expense; his wife to have the use of the new parlour at Coneygreen for her life; to his daughters Triphena and Mary £300 each; all his messuages, lands, etc. at Temple Normanton, to his wife for life, with remainder of one moiety to his son Francis and of the other to his son John; his messuages, lands etc. at Chariter Lane, parish South Normanton, Stretton and Shirland and the house held by Snibson, to John; Francis to be executor. Will dated 14 August 1745. Proved at Chesterfield.
