Description
To John Hand of London, gentleman, for barring estates tail, of a messuage etc. at Brampton with a messuage adjoining, Little Croft (1 acre), Great Croft (4 acres), Millthorpe (4 ½ acres), Windmillfield (4 acres), Bree Thorne (5 acres), Shorthills (5 acres), the Spring (3 acres), Little Meadow (4 acres), the Meadow (2 ½ acres), Coat Meadow (6 acres), Great Meadow (8 acres), Three Acre Close (3 acres) and Ox Closes (12 acres), to the intent that Hand may be tenant for suffering a recovery of the premises by Hugh Bosvile of St Andrew, Holborn, gentleman to the use of Stones in fee simple.
