Bond in £100 by John Jubb of Ballifield, parish Handsworth (Yorkshire) gentleman, to Edward Oakes of Sheffield merchant regarding a debt of £83.13.3d due from the partnership of Shemeld and Oakes to John Gibandan of Bordeaux, of which £650 was paid in 1801 and 1803; Jubb is to keep Oakes harmless for a fourth share in £153.13.3d due to Gibandan.
