DescriptionTo his son William Wragg, his 1/3 part of the land belonging to Stretton Hall Farm with the tenant right of the other 2/3, provided William pay his wife Lydia £17 per annum for life; Lydia to have the choice of £20 worth of household goods and to use the same for life, so long as she remain unmarried; to William also, his land at Littlemoor, Alton and Birkin Lane End, parish Ashover; to his daughter Mary Wragg £520 at 21; to William also, his land at Brampton with 1/3 of Hen Mill, 1/3 of a cottage (tenant John Walker) and of land in the tenure of James Lineker, with the possession of the other 2/3, which lands together with those at Ashover are to be charged with Mary's portion; William to have all his personal estate with all his shares in coal mines and the possession of some houses in Chesterfield; William to demand William Gratrix's money from Samuel Rooth and Jeremy Higinbotham, if Gratrix does not come in 5 years time and pay George Brunt; if Gratrix does come, to have £10.
