Title
Agreement between John Oldham of Birmingham tea dealer, and William Sewell Shuttleworth of London, tea agent; whereas Oldham has opened an account with Shuttleworth who has requested security for the same and Oldham has therefore deposited with him an assignment by Hemingway Clay of Clay's share in £1000 Bank Annuities; and whereas Oldham is entitled to another third share in the said annuities, in right of his wife (formerly Martha Clay, spinster); Shuttleworth is to retain the said assignment as collateral security and Ildham is to mortgage his interest in right of his wife to Shuttleworth.
