DescriptionCupit and White to allow Humphrey Oldfield, William Wragg and Thomas Clay to have what coal they need to burn in their own houses and to let Dr Burn [Bourne] have what coals he shall take as a boon; to enter the pits on 8 May viz. 2 pits new sunk, 70 yards level, 40 yards heading, 3 pits well timbered, 3 others timbered, 1000 puncheens, 8 hammers, 27 picks, 7 hooks, 7 rakes, 11 spades, 9 calves, 29 wedges, 3 bank rakes, 1 dresser, 2 old drags, 1 axe, 1 slithe, 1 sharpening hammer, 2 mandrels, 2 olives, 1 sow well ironed, 2 trunks, 1 bank hook, 1 fire pan, 3 new ropes, 2 turn barrels, 2 foot hooks, 2 turn gears, 80 boards and 3 wiskets.
