Licence from the Master Keepers and Community of the Mistery of Tallow Chandlers of the City of London to James Corbett of Bankside, parish Southwark (Surrey), iron merchant; reciting lease to Corbett (1795) of a messuage, warehouse, lofts and wharf on the south side of Bankside, butting north and in front on the Thames and west upon Elephant Alley (32 feet x 28 ½ feet x 109 feet x 111 feet) for 21 years; for Corbett to assign the lease to Hunton Townsend Bishop of Bankside, iron merchant.
