Title
Agreement between William Webster of Holmgate, parish North Wingfield and John Penniston of Gill Hill; whereas Penniston is in possession of closes called the Rushes and Cow Close, adjoining the river at Sea Bridge and whereas Webster is desirous of unwatering his coal beneath Hen Mill Close and wishes to drive a sough to Sea Bridge; Penniston will allow him to scour and dint up the river up to Sea Bridge and to carry a sough underground out of the Rushes into Brook Flatt and thence into Cow Close.
