Standrails Field, Birkin Field, Broad Close, Middle Banks, the Lane, the Croft, the Meadow, Great South Croft, Little South Croft and Great Banks and beneath closes called High Storrs, White Gate Field and Hood Croft, for 30 years at £140 per acre and £3 per acre to the tenants of the land.
