- declaration by George Paulin Lowther, rector of Barton Blount and curate of Longford, recording alternations to the church in 1826
- Edward Coke has given the family burial place to be converted into a vestry, the parish constructing a new vault under the same
- Coke tombs have been repaired
- burial of his wife's mother
- exchange of seats between the vicar and Bentley Hall
- predicts the downfall of the nation and the triumph of the Catholic Church, due to "the present mania for education and liberal principles"
- declaration by Thomas Garnier - is the first person in whom the rectory and vicarage have been united
- church has been enlarged and restored at a cost of £800
- the Catholic Church is unusually active and Ireland seems on the eve of rebellion
- Christ has received a severe blow by the recent extensive secession from the Established Presbyterian Church 1843
