With closes formerly called Far Farnsley, Farnsley, Little Close, Long Close, Long Close Bottom, High Close, House Close, Close Before the House and Three Nooked Close but now known as House Close, Near Barnclose, Far Barn Close, Corn Close Near Part of Long Close, Far Part of Long Close, Little Close, formerly Farnsley or Houlden Close, but now Hillerky Close, part of Bright Close and the rest of Bright Close (16 acres 2 roods) except for lot, cope and other mineral rights (recited) reserved to the heirs of Sir George Saville as lord of the manor;a piece of land, parcel of the waste of Stoney Middleton, called Dale Side, being number 52 on the inclosure map and a small piece of land to the east of Holding Dam Road and adjacent to the Buxton turnpike
