Description	Whereby John junior agrees to make a bargain and sale (8 February 1640/1641) by John senior, George, and John Glossop of Levenshulme yeoman to John junior of closes called Roodlands, the Meadowe and Blackcrofte in Levenshulme (4 acres) into a mortgage redeemable on payment of £40 on 13 February 1641/42 or 13 February 1642/43; on which occasion John junior promises to surrender his feoffment and bond
