Description | Recital of mortgage in £100 (28 Jan 1822) by White to Richard Dixon of Chesterfield malster, William Trueman (since deceased), and James Clarke of Chesterfield saddler for a term of 1000 years; of agreements for salein £315 between White and George Hammond of Doncaster yeoman, and in £335 between Hammond and Hodgkinson: with assignment of residue of mortgage term by Dixon and Clarke to John Hutchinson of Chesterfield gentleman in trust and to attned the inheritance. Consideration £335 of which £100 is paid to Dixon and Clarke, £215 to White and £20 to Hammond |
