Description
Recital of mortgage by lease and release (28-29 Sep 1830) by John Twigg of Ashover gentleman (brother and heir of George Twigg deceased), to Wall and Else as trustees of Simms in £1500 of premises as above and other hereditaments; and recital of mortgage (25 Dec 1830) by John Twigg to Joseph Twigg of Paisley gentleman, and Isaac Twigg of Bonsall gentleman, in £795 on aforesaid premises and hereditaments. Consideration £120 paid by Thompson to Simms in part satisfaction of his mortgage debt of £1500.
