Recital of terms of an assignment of mortgage (6 March 1813) by Eaton to Ellias Elliott of Hasland yeoman in consideration of £230 paid to Eaton and £100 advanced to Wharton, there now being due to Elliott £341 3s; and reciting that Wharton is indebted to Gosling in £17 on other accounts. |
