Conveyance of premises (1839) to Drabble in trust to sell premises; and conveyance to Short, Thomas and Lee (1831)in trsut to sell; also assignment of mortgage term by Barnes to William Milnes of Stubbin Edge Hall, Ashover esquire, in trust and to attend the inheritance and covenant by George Nuttall of Matlock gentleman with James and Charles Milnes for production of title deeeds and to pay an annuity of Hannah, daughter of Samuel Owtram (died 1820).
