Hallwood now divided into three parts (Hallwood, Quarry Close, Long Ridding), the whole also known as Far Five Acres; of which Hallwood (2 acres 1 rood) was sold to Banks by lease and release, 1/2 June 1795
Recital of mortgage by Haslam and wife to Elizabeth Briggs in seperate sums of £300, £100 and £30 for a term of 500 years, 20 April 1795; recital of assignment of 27 January 1797 of two separate terms of 500 years by George Vaugham of Scarcliffe esquire and Kithe his wife (sister and administratrix of Elizabeth Briggs deceased) and Haslam and wife to Anthony Lax Maynard of Chesterfield esquire
Covenant by Haslam to levy fine to Banks; surrender by Maynard to Banks of residue of two terms to merge in the freehold
