Ipon the following trusts: to hold the old end of a messuage at Overton; the hall chamber over the new house; half the kitchen and stable, with chambers over; a barn and cowhouse the croft (2 acres); a garden; Nether Orchard; Upper Croft (4 acres); Spring Close (2 acres); Allin Croft (2 acres); New Intak (1 acre); Middle and Nether Short Furlongs (2 acres 2 roods), to the use of John Gregory for life, with remainder to Sarah for her life with remainder to John Gregory junior in tail male, and in default to the right heirs of John Gregory senior and to hold the Barn Yard (3 acres); Intak (4 acres); Croft (2 acres); Storly Croft (2 acres); Hobb Croft (7 acres); Upper Board Greave (2 acres); Upper Short Furlong (3 acres); to the use of John Gregory junior in tail male and to hold the Paddock (4 acres) Over and Nether Doeley (4 acres and 5 acres) the meadow below the house (6 acres) Boulder Greave (2 acres) to the use of John Gregory junior in fee simple. John Gregory senior to have one-quarter share of mines for the life of John junior
