DescriptionTo hold in trust for Samuel for his life, and then to John Haslam of Ashover gentleman; second son of Samuel, reserving to Mary Ann a life interest; Samuel also conveys to his trustees one-fortyfourth share in Gregory Grove or Mine in Ashover and one-fortyeigth share in Cockwell and Overton Groves or Mine, to pay the profits to SAmuel for life, and then to make up Mary Ann's income to £50 a year, any surplus to towards paying Samuel's debts (specified); then the income to be invested and a moiety to be used to maintain Eleanor Ann Haslam, daughter of Thomas son of Samuel and the other moiety to maintain Elizabeth Radford Haslam, daughter of the above John Haslam.
