Title
Letter from John Twigg in London to his brother Isaac at Bonsall, enclosing 'for perusal' the copy draft will of John Twigg of Bonsall gentleman
Date
6 Dec 1796
Description
To eldest son Isaac, £1000 to be paid within 6 months of testator's death; to six younger sons, John, Joseph, Thomas, William, Samuel and James, all real estate to be equally divided among them as tenants in common; as testator is not sure of his title to an estate in Bonsall, Crich and Ashover inhereted from his wife Elizabeth deceased, and as the same may descend to Isaac, in that instance, the legacy of £1000 is to be void and to form part of testator's personal estate which will then be divided equally between the six younger brothers; Isaac and John to be executors.
