Description
To son John, copyhold messuage, Town Head Close and seat no. 29 in Bonsall church and if he died childless the same to descend to testator's son Isaac, and if he dies childless the same to descend to testator's son Joseph, and if he dies childless the same to descend to testator's daughter Sarah Twigg; to son Isaac, a freehold close called Swincsow Flatt, Isaac paying thereout £50 to testator's son John; to daughter Ann Twigg a freehold messuage, the Rowley Greaves Pingle and the two copyhold closes called Scorah Croft and Downs Croft; to daughters Sarah and Betty Twigg, a freehold messuage a copyhold house called the Candle House with stable and garden; a large copyhold garden adjoining; copyhold closes called the Rowley Greaves and Masson Pingle with barn and barnyard adjoining; and three sittings in the front pew on the great loft of Bonsall church, with three sittings in another pew, numbered 26, to hold as tenants in common; to daughter Hannah wife of Isaac Bowne Twigg, a copyhold close called the Brook Furlong; two freehold messuages; and one sitting in the Little Loft of Bonsall church; to son Isaac and daughter Sarah, the Butchers Close upon-brust to sell the same and so to discharge testator's debts;to daughters Ann, Sarah, and Betty, remaining real estate and all personal estate; Isaac and Sarah to beexecutors.
