History: The home was originally known as Top Road family centre. It is a large detached house on a busy main road in and out of Chesterfield, opposite the current post office. Its name was changed from Top Road to The Old Post Office on 1 April 2013.

Clientele: Accommodates 4 children aged 11-17 for medium to long term care, male and female.
