TitleTestament of Edward Bawdon: body to be buried in the church of St Thomas the Martyr, Capella in le Fryzthe, best animal for a mortuary, to the ? monks of Coventr' and Lichfeld 8d, to cross in chancel of church aforesaid 'vestem vexillinam' [? cross cloth], to Grace his wife 2 messuages in the tenure of John Shoore and Oliver Bolar as in a charter of feoffment thereof made, in the name of a jointure, for her life, all other messuages, tenements, lands (wife's dower and tenement recently in tenure of George Molt excepted) to the view of executors and supervisors for 16 years immediately following the date of these presents, for performance of will and payment of debts, the residue of the rents to be equally divided amongst testator's daughters during the term, for which intention testator has made a feoffment of the lands, annexed to this testament
