Whereby for £535, parties 1. and 2. conveyed messuage with outbuildings, croft or homestead, yard, garden etc in Aston containing 1 acre, late in the tenure of William Brownhill but now of William Astle and the Moor Close, 3 acres 11p, some time since in the tenure of William Jowett but now of William Astle, in Aston, and tithes of the premises, to Botham and to Lockett in trust for Botham, covenanting to levy a fine to Botham, with covenant by Hickinbotham to produce for Botham deeds in schedule relating to the premises and to other property of greater value owned by Hickinbotham.
