Description
Dwellinghouse at Aston now in the possession of son in law Thomas Whitehead with appurtenances belonging which he occupies therewith, particularly the use of the draw well in the yard adjoining the house in common with the owner and occupiers of Botham's other houses in the same yard, to daughter Frances Whitehead, wife of Thomas;
the residue of messuages, cottages, and closes at Aston (except estate at Willoughby on the Wolds which will descend to Jacob's eldest son William Botham) to youngest son Joseph subject to payment of legacies if Jacob's personal estate is insufficient to pay them, his debts etc.;
to son William £5, son Jacob £50 and is released from paying money he owes his father, son Thomas £120, daughters Mary Orchard, Elizabeth Leedham and Sarah Cowley £60 each, Frances Whitehead £30 and daughter Ann Smith 5 guineas, grandsons William, Thomas, Jacob and John sons of son Thomas £5 each;
household goods, animals, crops, implements of husbandry to son Joseph, who is named executor
