DescriptionBy which parties 1. and 2. released to Manley, messuage in Aston with croft adjoining (which Sarah had of James Shuttleworth esquire in exchange for 2 messuages in Aston in which William Shardlow and George Redwood dwelt in 1748) in the tenure of Charles Cowlishaw, Bingham Green in Shardlow containing 4 acres 1r 30p in the occupation of Sarah Cowlishaw, parcel of land in Alderslade Field, 42 acres, now divided into 5 and in the tenure of Charles Cowlishaw, parcel of land in Nether Field 7 acres and land in the meadows 11 acres 3r, parcel of Aston or Shardlow Moor 11 acres 2r, that he should be tenant to suffer a recovery which Taylor should prosecute, to the use of Whyman for 500 years subject to redemption or payment of £400, then to use of Sarah Cowlishaw for life, then to her sons
