Description
Reciting mortgage of 1763 (D779/T/6/3/1/1), and witnessing that for £200 paid by 3. to 1. on 2.'s direction, and £50 paid to 2. by 3., Attenbrow assigned premises as in D779/T/6/3/1/1 to Hickinbotham, and Brownhill confirmed the same
Endorsed 1) that Thomas Hickinbotham died Oct.1766 and that his sons John and William are joint executors and residuary legatees of his wife, and that William has received half the mortgage sum of £250 ie £125 from John, declaring that the £250 is now the property of John, 30 Nov 1771 2) with memorandum of further charge of £100 on premises, the sum lent by John Hickinbotham of Stanstead Bury, county Hertford, to Brownhill, 18 April 1772
