Description
Reciting that Lovat Frearson by his will dated 3 April 1817 bequeathed the premises below to his wife Mary for her life, then to his 5 younger children share and share alike, that both Lovat and Mary Frearson are dead and the 5 children wish to make a partition of the premises and witnessing that for 5s paid by 2. to 1., the latter have conveyed to Wright, 10 messuages in Aston in the several possessions mentioned below, 6 of which were built by Lovat Frearson on the site of a messuage and land purchased of John Locker, and 3 of which were built on a plot of land purchased by him, together with the remaining house, from John Gee, in trust as to the 2 messuages in the tenure of John Frearson and John Moldey to use of John Frearson, as to the 2 in the possession of W Astle and M Barton to the use of Elizabeth Frearson, as to the 2 in the possession of Thomas Barton and M Dilkes to the use of Henry Watkinson, as to 2 in possession of C Godfrey and G Clifford to use of James Hinkley and as to 2 in possession of - Tomlinson and - Pirkins to the use of William Booth
