to brother John of Melbourne mercer and draper £500, to brother William of Kings Newton farmer £600, to niece Mary wife of George Moorley of Aston farmer £300, to Ann Moorley daughter of Mary £200, to niece Ann Robinson Eyre wife of William Eyre of Aston butcher £100;
messuage with garden, cowhouse etc in Aston in possession of William Eyre, close in Aston containing about 3 acres in possession of William Eyre, with tithes thereof, all lately purchased from John Adams, to brother William in trust to pay rents and profits to niece Ann Robinson Eyre for life for her own separate use;
on Ann's death, the messuage and close to use of Catherine daughter of niece Ann Robinson Eyre by her husband William Eyre, but if she dies under 21 without heirs of her body, then to use of all other the children of Ann Robinson Eyre but if there are no others, then to William Eyre for life, and then to nephews William, Sampson, John and Edward sons of testator's brother William;
3 messuages with shop, malt house, outbuildings, yards, gardens in Aston, now in possessions of self, Samuel Eyre, Elijah Coxon, George Mansfield and Richard Joines and other messuages and lands, household goods, money etc to niece Katherine Robinson Eyre, who is executrix (24 October 1827)
Codicil cancels legacy of £600 to brother William as testator has given him that sum
