Description | Reciting that Curzon has become responsible to Messrs Thorniwell of Burton on Trent, county Stafford, ironmongers, for payment of debt of £45 and the costs of suit, for which debt Dakin has lately been arrested by Messrs Thorniwell, and that Dakin owns the premises subject to mortgages of £80, £60 and £60, in all £200, and interest, to Francis Jackson of Derby joiner, and that Dakin has agreed to convey the premises to Curzon for his indemnification against payment of the debt and to raise sufficient money to pay off the mortgages |
