Description
Dwellinghouse with garden in Aston in the occupation of James Fletcher to wife Mary for life or until re-marriage, then to son Euclid for life, then to grandson John eldest son of Euclid;
2 dwellinghouses in Aston in the occupation of Jacob Foster and William Betts to son Euclid for life, then to grandson John Whyman;
dwellinghouse in Aston under lease to Thomas Parker to daughter Ann Whyman for ever;
messuage or house in which testator lives and close in which it stands and garden, in Aston, to 3 friends, Thomas Haywood the elder of Weston farmer, John Ordish the elder of Ingleby farmer and Jonathan Bostock of Weston farmer for 500 years in trust to allow testator's wife to have out of the rents, annuity of £20 until daughter Helen Whyman is 21, then she is to have £15 annually until daughter Elizabeth Whyman is 21, then she is to have £10 annually for life;
in further trust, that the trustees shall by sale or mortgage of the messuage and close for a term of 500 years raise £100 for Helen Whyman at age 21, the same for Elizabeth at 21 (with further detail);
on expiration of the term and meanwhile, subject to the trusts thereof, the messuage, close and garden to son John;
books and mathematical instruments to son Euclid except his bill books;
household goods etc to wife, who is executrix
