On the same paper is a ground plan of the cottages and garden giving dimensions in detail and noting mark showing Weston boundary: shows position of cottages and land in relation to garden wall of Aston Hall. Also valuation of the old house (sic) belonging to William Plowright adjoining the Wet Close, detailing materials, certified by William Halladay bricklayer and William Potts carpenter and wheelwright of Aston, 12 September 1821
