Descriptionreciting that William Plowright formerly of Aston esquire deceased was seised of premises below, died intestate leaving Mary the wife and later the widow of David Hunt formerly of Great Leake his only sister and heiress, who inherited his property, that by her will of 1 June 1829, she devised premises at Aston to Fosbrooke in trust to sell for the benefit of her 5 children (see D779/T/6/11/4); that she died in 1829 and on 10 December 1833 Isaac and Elizabeth (nee Hunt) Lacy had mortgaged their share of the inheritance to Fosbrooke and that Sarah Hunt became a lunatic many years ago and the parish of Great Leake incurs great expense on her behalf, and witnessing that for £49 19s paid to 1. and for 10s paid to each of 2., 3. and 4., 1. with the consent of 2., 3. and 4. conveyed to 5. a parcel of ground on part of which 2 cottages formerly stood, the remaining part being formerly used as a garden or gardens, in all 340 square yards, in Wet Close or Scroggy Nook in Aston, lying near the garden wall of Edward Anthony Holden who has taken down the cottages and altered and planted the ground, which have been in his and the Reverend Charles Holden's possession [tenancy] for many years
