Description
Reciting mortgage of messuage and 3 yard lands on 18 January 1732/3 (see D779/T/4/1/7), further borrowings by Bancraft from Randle, the lease and release in trust dated 7, 8 July 1743 (see above D779/T/4/1/19-20), that Holden and Greaves have contracted to purchase the mortgaged premises for £900, of which £729 is owed to Randle and witnessing that for £729 paid to Randle by Holden and Greaves and for 5s paid to Randle by Rolleston, Randle assigned the mortgage term demised to him on 18 January 1732/3 to Rolleston in trust for Holden and Greaves and that for £171 paid to Bancraft by Holden and Greaves and for 5s paid to Boot and Hoole by Holden and Greaves, Bancraft, Boot and Hoole, conveyed the premises in the recited mortgage to Holden and Greaves
