Description
Reciting that Anthony Roper of Eltham, Kent, esquire leased to Thomas Stych of Newberry, Barking, Essex, esquire and Henry Stych gentleman his son, 2 messuages in Aston now in the holding of John Clemenson and Richard Pym, and all buildings, lands etc belonging, with the Gill Meadow, Allsome meadow, Lockholme meadowe Acres, the Birchacres and Forkmeere acre, 2 yardlands of arable in common fields of Aston, all in Aston, Howet Flat, Caldwell Close, the Oxen doles, Thick rushes Flat, the Hollow alias New close in Weston, great Cow-holme, Little Cow-holme and the Steynyard, 2 flatts of arable lying between the flats of Joseph Wright and abutting upon Coate greene in Shardlow, all other the lands in Aston, Weston and Shardlow now reputed the inheritance of Samuel Houlden of Aston esquire, for 40 years and that the remainder of the term is vested in John Buxton and Robert Wandell in trust for Samuel, to whom it is now assigned
