Title
Declaration of uses, with parties as in D 779B/T 46 and reciting D 779B/T 46 and that the purpose of the lease was that Thomas and Henry Stych might take the rents and profits of the premises to pay Roper's debts with interest at 8%
per annum as set out in annexed schedule, that when the debts are paid the residue of the rents and profits are to be paid as Roper directs and in default of such direction, Thomas and Henry Stych will pay the profits to Mary Rooper, Anthony's daughter, in regard that by his marriage with her mother Mary he had the manor and premises conferred and settled on him.
