DescriptionReciting deed of 3 Feb [1648], see D 779B/T 121, that Robert Houlden the son and Thomas Wandell were to hold the premises to the use of Robert Houlden the father, and that Robert the son is dead, and witnessing that Wandell in performance of his trust and for 5s. paid by Robert Houlden the father, conveyed the premises (Aston Hall etc) as in recited deed, to the use of Robert the father and Margery his wife for their lives, with remainder to Samuel, his heirs and assigns.
