Description
To son Samuel and daughter his wife £10 each to buy mourning with and to their 5 children ("to whome I am Grandmother") 20s apiece;
£10 to nephew Samuel Chiswell;
to children of Hannah's brothers and sisters which "are of my owne blood and kindred" 10s apiece to buy gloves and scarves to wear at the funeral;
to poor of Aston 40s and poor of Shardlow 20s.
Executrix, grandchild Hannah Holden who is to have the whole estate, but if she dies before marriage £400 to children of Hannah Lathwell 's own brothers and sisters.
Supervisors, John Adderly of Derby gent. and Lemuel Low of Bilborough county Nottingham, (spelt Bilbrow), yeoman;
£10 to each for their pains to assist executrix.
