Description | Sutton is to pay taxes on the premises, to maintain them and all barns, stables, outbuildings etc hereafter erected, fences etc and the banks of Trent (fire and other inevitable accident excepted). On Holden's decease, the owner of the premises will make a further lease to Sutton for 21 years from date of Holden's death at rent of £3 Not signed or witnessed |
