Lease by 1. James Shuttleworth of Forcet, county York, to 2. John Heath of Derby banker, of several closes, pieces or parcels of meadow and pasture ground in Shardlow, parish of Aston, called the Cowholm, Holt and Allotment adjoining Cowholm in all 32 acres, and warehouse and other buildings lately erected within Cowholm, all now in tenure of Heath or his undertenants, to hold from 5 April last for 21 years, at rent of £46

Description
Heath is to maintain warehouse and any other buildings which may be erected, and the banks adjoining the Trent used as a wharf. Manure arising on the premises is to be used on them. Heath is to pay tithes, parochial taxes.
