Title
Mortgage by way of further charge for £1,200 by John Harris of Ashford gentleman, and Catherine his wife to Richard Wilkinson and Bernard Lucas of Chesterfield merchants, trustees and executors named in the will of Godfrey Heathcote late of Chesterfield gentleman, deceased, (reciting D770 C/EZ 25), by which Harris agrees that the premises recited in D770 C/EZ 25 shall remain charge able with the payment of ,1,200 and shall not be redeemable until the sum of ,1,800 plus interest at 5 per cent has been paid. Also a covenant to levy a fine on the premises. 25 Nov 1779.
