Title	Settlement by way of [lease and] release by Peter Walker of Melbourne (Co. York) yeoman and Elizabeth his wife to William Walker of Melbourne yeoman and John Cooper of West Cottingwith (Co. York) yeoman of a messuage and lands in West Cottingwith to hold to the use of Peter Walker to 1 May next and then to the use of Thomas Cooper of West Cottingwith for a term of 9 years, and then to the use of Peter and Eliz for life, and then to the use of Alice and Mary, daughters of Peter and Eliz for term of 8 years; and then to the use of John, son of Peter and Eliz for ever; if John pays £20 to Alice and £20 to Mary within 6 months of the deaths of Peter and Eliz, or the longest liver, then the term of 8 years shall be voided
