Feoffment to specified uses by William Jeffrays of Kings Newton yeoman and Thomas his son to Raphe Sheppard of Lullington, yeoman, Thomas Salt of Linton clerk, and John Aldridge of Waverton or Warton ( near Tamworth) husbandman, in consideration of a marriage between Thomas Jeffrays and Joan daughter of Raphe Sheppard of a messuage and two yardlands in [Kings] Newton aforesaid and Clifton (Clifton Campville, Co. Stafford), a cottage in [Kings] Newton, a tenement in Waverton, and two further messuages in Waverton, to hold to Salt and Aldridge
